Exchange & Return Policy – Megan

At Megan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have created a clear and transparent exchange and return policy. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Before sending any item, contact our Customer Support Team to receive the proper instructions.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

You may request the cancellation of your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, along with all manuals, accessories, and the invoice (if provided).
  • The return must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.
  • In this case, Megan will cover the return shipping cost.

Important: Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

1.2 Refund Process

After the returned product has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card: The refund may take up to two billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.
  • Pix or Bank Transfer (if applicable): The refund will be issued within 10 business days of return approval.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchange for Manufacturing Defects

Megan offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

Procedure for exchanging defective items:

  • The product must be shipped following instructions provided by our Customer Support Team.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the defect.
  • The technical evaluation may take up to 15 business days from the date we receive the item.

If the product is approved for exchange:

You may choose to:

  • Receive a replacement of the same product at no additional cost
  • Choose a different product from our website and pay the price difference (if applicable)
  • Request a full refund of the amount paid

If the product is not approved:

The item will be returned to the customer along with a report explaining the reason, and no exchange will be provided.

Reasons for rejection include:

  • No defect found after inspection
  • Improper use or user-caused damage
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse (e.g., incorrect washing or handling)

2.2 Exchanges for Size or Color

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or color choices. Each product's measurements and specifications are clearly provided on the website to help customers make informed decisions.

Note: We are not legally required to exchange items based on dissatisfaction with color, size, or model.

3. Order Cancellation by Megan

Megan may cancel orders in certain situations, such as:

  • Failed payment or declined credit card
  • Incomplete or invalid customer information
  • Item out of stock

3.1 Refunds in Case of Cancellation

If the order is cancelled by Megan, the full purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued in cases such as:

  • Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Product no longer available in inventory (a replacement or full refund will be offered)
